History of Tunnel Island

Kevin and Leah bought the Grandview Motel in 1987. Three years later they built Casey’s Bar and Grill; after which in 1998 Super 8 Motel was built. As Kevin and Leah’s companies expanded, they decided to build a Management Company to oversee all properties, accounting, and future endeavors.

Since Kevin and Leah’s properties are on Tunnel Island,and the Tunnel Island walking trails are behind the Motel, Kevin and Leah thought it would just be fitting that their Management company be called Tunnel Island Management Company or TIManCo for short. They wanted to keep the spirit and heritage alive.
